A Heart for People

​

Throughout her life, Sade’Marie has had a heart for empowering people from all walks of life. After a meaningful journey to find a career centered on helping others, she discovered Social Work often known as the “helping profession for empowerment." As a child, Sade attended Baltimore City Public Schools in Baltimore, Maryland -where she was born and raised. She later graduated from Coppin State University with a bachelor's degree in social work and an elective cluster in social and biological courses. Shortly after graduating from undergraduate school, Sade went on to receive her master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Social Work advanced standing program with a concentration in children's welfare and families. 

 

Sade has always had a deep passion for problem-solving, building, program management, providing therapy/counsel, leading group discussions, presenting, teaching, and explaining complex information. As a Social Worker, she has gained over 14 years of experience serving individuals and communities across diverse backgrounds, from underserved populations to affluent communities.

Sade is a respected leader in the mental health industry, having supervised hundreds of mental health professionals and entrepreneurs. She has played a pivotal role in guiding many individuals toward independent licensure, launching their own practices, and developing impactful programs.

Sade is also a Continuing Education Credit (CEU) provider for behavioral and mental health professionals.

 

As a wise strategic solutionist, Sade possesses a unique ability to identify opportunities and implement effective strategies that position programs and others for success. She has successfully collaborated and partnered with numerous agencies and practitioners, contributing to organizational growth and service expansion. Sade believes that true leadership and impact with people and communities requires wisdom.

With her wisdom, Sade brings a wealth of knowledge, supported by a diverse range of trainings and certifications across multiple areas of study, allowing her to lead with both expertise and innovation. Ultimately, Sade's life experiences, hardships, strong will to support others and education enabled her to birth My Empowering Impact aka [M.E.Impact].

 

If Sade' Marie could sum her life up in five words, she would say, "I know what it's like" but "To GOD Be The GLORY"
