Meet the Owner & Founder of
MY EMPOWERING IMPACT and THE SADE'MARIE FOUNDATION

Throughout her life Sade'Marie has possessed a heart to empower people in many areas of life. After a long journey to find a career helping and empowering others she eventually stumbled upon Social Work “the helping profession for empowerment”. As a child, Sade attended Baltimore City Public Schools in Baltimore, Maryland -where she was born and raised. She later graduated from Coppin State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and an elective cluster in social and biological courses. Shortly after graduating from undergraduate school, Sade went on to receive her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Social Work advance standing program.

Sade has always enjoyed providing therapy, leading group discussions, presenting presentations and explaining information.  Working as a Social Worker allowed her to gain a plethora of knowledge and acquire a slew of training's and certifications in countless areas of study. Sade ultimately realized her interest for teaching and disseminating information had grown in multifaceted areas, therefore, she went on to become a Continuing Education Credit (CEU) provider for mental health professionals.  Sade's skill set encompasses  Management, Child Welfare, Mental Health, Self Esteem, Spirituality, Discrimination, Antepartum/Postpartum Complications, Depression, Anxiety, Couples/Marital Counseling, Gerontology, Psychotherapy, Weight-loss Support/Coaching, Crisis Intervention, Employment Assistance Program (EAP) counseling, and a host of other areas. Ultimately, Sade's life experiences, strong will to support others and education enabled her to birth My Empowering Impact also known as [M.E.Impact].

“Many are called; few are chosen"-Matthew 22:14, is how Sade would describe her journey to empowerment. She proclaims that her vision and mission for My Empowering Impact has been nothing less than divine.  She prides herself on empowering people from all walks of life through empowerment, therapeutic approaches, education and training in attempt to give everyone a fighting chance for knowledge and awareness. One of her favorite proverbs is:

"Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will eat for the rest of his life"
